This is our second year working with Aida Battle and her selection coffees. This lot comes from Florence Hill Mathies and was processed using a "Kenyan style" process. The coffee was dry fermented for 48 hours, with light washing every 12 hours and then dried on bed in the sun for an additional 24 hours.
